I've been trained by the experts at Minds at Work in facilitating the ITC approach with individuals and teams. I find this model to be incredibly powerful, particularly when dovetailed with 360 assessments in a comprehensive leadership development program. An additional tool I like to integrate into leadership development is DiSC® assessments, particularly AgileEQ™ as it places greater emphasis on emotional intelligence. This assessment helps promote self-awareness and an understanding of how to interact more effectively with others. I'm a DiSC® Certified Practitioner and Authorized Partner.

The adaptive leadership framework is based on the premise that leadership is an activity that can be done by anyone at any time. Understanding the core concepts of adaptive leadership (and common pitfalls people make) can help individuals & organizations avoid ineffective solutions.
