With an effective facilitator, Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 assessments can be a powerful tool for gaining insights on your blind spots and underutilized strengths. Recognizing that honest feedback can be an intimidating gift to receive, I lean heavily on curiosity and compassion (and of course, confidentiality) during our sessions. I will help you understand the analytical information along with the answers to the open-ended questions.

Overcome your Immunity to Change™

People don't resist change, they resist loss. The Immunity to Change™ (ITC) model is the most powerful tool I've come across to help individuals and teams overcome barriers to change.

I've been trained by the experts at Minds at Work in facilitating the ITC approach with individuals and teams. I find this model to be incredibly powerful, particularly when dovetailed with 360 assessments in a comprehensive leadership development program. Everything DiSC®

An additional tool I like to integrate into leadership development is DiSC® assessments, particularly AgileEQ™ as it provides greater emphasis on emotional intelligence. This assessment help promote self-awareness and an understanding how to interact more effectively with others. I'm a DiSC® Certified Practitioner and Authorized Partner.

Leadership Training

The adaptive leadership framework is based on the premise that leadership is an activity that can be done by anyone at any time. Understanding the core concepts of adaptive leadership (and common pitfalls people make) can help individuals & organizations avoid ineffective solutions.

I provide customized trainings for teams or groups that are intended to improve cohesion, build vulnerability-based trust, and develop the individual and collective capacity for the difficult work of leadership.
